Menu Plan 4/20 - 4/25

As you can see from my previous post we have been a little busy in our house so this week's menu isn't very exciting.  Things are coming along in our house.  We have our bathroom almost finished painting.  The guest bath needs a second coat, but I'm hoping to have that done tonight!

I am relying on meals that I know are quick and I get get two nights out of.  Of course, we probably will just resort to pizza one night...

Monday:  Baked Chicken with Mushroom Rice and Roasted Broccoli

Tuesday:  Frozen Mexicali Casserole

Wednesday:  Chicken Caesar Salad with Homemade Dressing

Thursday:  Left Over Mexicali Casserole

Friday:  Spaghetti with Marinara ( I will post this delicious Marinara Sauce recipe later this week)

Saturday: Dinner Out

Have a great week!!

  1. Ashley,
Did you know that you're #185 and I'm #186 this week?

  2. Love your blog, super cute! Come look at what I recently cooked up for some easy dinner ideas. I remember when I got married, I created a site on MSN called Bridal Blues because I was terrible in the kitchen. Ten years makes a HUGE difference and 2 kids...now I love cooking and decorating.

    Nice to meet you!
